Regler for Altaner
Benyttelse af altanen og ophold på altanen skal ske med respekt for andre og uden gener for de øvrige beboere i ejendommen.
Vanding af altankasser skal ske uden gene for underboer.
Det ikke tilladt at ryste tæpper, tørre tøj eller lignende ud ad vinduerne, ud over franske altaner eller ud over altaner.
Beboeren er ansvarlig for at ingen genstande kan falde ned fra altanen.
Altaner må ikke anvendes til oplagring af genstande, der ikke naturligt anvendes under ophold på altanen. Der må ikke opsættes noget som helst på den udvendige side af døre, vinduer og vægge i forbindelse med altanen. Altanens sider må ikke beklædes, men skal henstå åbne.
Vedligeholdelse af altaner påhviler den enkelte lejligheds ejer efter udleveret vedligeholdelsesvejledning.

Use of the balcony and staying on the balcony must be done with respect for others and without inconvenience to the other residents of the property.
Watering of balcony boxes must be done without any inconvenience to the residents below.
It is not allowed to shake carpets, dry clothes or the like out of the windows, or over the railing on French balconies or balconies.
The resident is responsible for ensuring that no objects can fall from the balcony.
Balconies must not be used for storing objects that are not naturally used during a stay on the balcony. Do not mount or fix anything on the outside surface of doors, windows and walls in connection with the balcony. The sides of the balcony must not be covered, but must remain open.
Maintenance of balconies rests with the individual apartment owner according to the provided maintenance instructions.
