Ejerforeningen har et telt man mod depositum kan låne til festlige lejligheder og på fællesområdet er det tilladt at grille.
Kontakt viceværten for at høre mere om leje af telt.
Det er muligt at låne flag hos viceværten, hvis man ønsker at flage i en særlig anledning. Udlån af flag aftales direkte med viceværten via telefon, sms eller mail.
Ved flagning skal de almindelige flagregler overholdes; flaget må tidligst hejses kl. 08.00 og skal senest nedtages ved solnedgang. Flaget må aldrig røre jorden.

The owners association has a tent which can be borrowed with a deposit for parties and grilling is allowed at the common area. Please contact the janitor if you would like to hear more about renting of the tent.
It is possible to borrow the danish flag (Dannebrog) from the caretaker if you want to fly it for a special occasion. Lending of flags is agreed directly with the caretaker via telephone, text message or mail.
When flying the Dannebrog the general flag rulles must be observed; The flag must be flown no earlier than 8 am and must be taken down at sunset at the latest. The Dannebrog must never touch the ground.
